Registration and most features on Snack Nap are free. However, the Battle Tool offers optional paid features, available as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. User Content

• Users retain ownership of the content they post on Snack Nap.
• By uploading content, you grant Snack Nap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the website for as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, user-generated content will also be deleted. Essential data required for website functionality will be anonymized.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Snack Nap (including design, text, graphics, and software) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Snack Nap is a hobby project. While we do our best to provide a reliable and smooth experience, we do not guarantee that the website will always function without interruptions or errors.
