Welcome to Snack Nap! By using our website and creating an account, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

Snack Nap refers to our website and all related services.
User refers to anyone who creates an account, accesses, or uses Snack Nap.
Content refers to all text, images, data, and other materials uploaded or posted by users.

2. Community Guidelines

Be positive and respectful: Treat others with kindness and respect. Healthy discussions are welcome, but always remain friendly and constructive.
Maintain a welcoming environment: Behavior that negatively impacts the community may result in warnings, suspension, or removal of your account.
Respect differences: Everyone plays Pokémon GO in their own way. Differences in playing styles, team colors, or skill levels should be respected.
Play fairly: Users must follow the official Pokémon GO terms and play fairly. Use of unauthorized software, cheating, or exploiting the game is prohibited.
Respect privacy and rights: Do not post offensive content, infringe on intellectual property rights, share personal data without consent, or incite violence.
Help and support each other: Share tips, answer questions, and contribute positively to discussions.
No spam or unauthorized promotions: Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links are not allowed unless explicitly authorized by the administrators.

3. Minimum Age

You must be 13 years or older to create an account on Snack Nap, in compliance with GDPR, AVG, and COPPA regulations.

4. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to others.
Snack Nap reserves the right to block, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use, engage in misuse, or remain inactive for extended periods.

5. Paid Features — Priority Tokens

Registration and most features on Snacknap are free. Optionally, you can purchase priority tokens — digital service credits for Snacknap's own remote-raid coordination service.

Non-transferable: Priority tokens are personal to your account and may not be transferred to another user.
No cash value: Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out or redeemed for money.
Capped fairness: Paid priority is capped (+12 positions) and never guarantees a match. Free users overtake after approximately 4 minutes.
Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Payments & Refunds page. A token spent on a queue join that does not result in a match within 24 hours is refunded automatically.
Immediate delivery & withdrawal waiver: By completing a token purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital goods. In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon your consent.

5a. Independent Fan Service — IP Disclaimer

Snacknap is an independent fan service and is not endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Niantic, Nintendo, or The Pokémon Company. Paid features are solely for Snacknap's own coordination service and confer no in-game item, advantage, or Pokémon. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Pokémon GO is a trademark of Niantic, Inc.

5b. Paid Features & Billing — Subscriptions & Passes

In addition to priority tokens, Snacknap offers optional Plus and Supporter memberships (recurring subscriptions) and one-off passes (e.g. a Weekly Plus Pass). These are digital service credits for Snacknap's own remote-raid coordination service, on the same basis as priority tokens described above.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they post on Snack Nap.
By uploading content, you grant Snack Nap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the website for as long as your account is active.
Upon account deletion, user-generated content will also be deleted. Essential data required for website functionality will be anonymized.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Snack Nap (including design, text, graphics, and software) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Snack Nap is a hobby project. While we do our best to provide a reliable and smooth experience, we do not guarantee that the website will always function without interruptions or errors. Snack Nap is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

9. Force Majeure

Snack Nap is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical failures, or acts of third parties.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When changes occur, users will be notified and asked to accept the new Terms before continuing to use the site.
